​Dear Students and Parents,

For all first-semester and year-long Advanced Placement (AP) courses, students must register and pay for AP exams by September 27. The fee is $94.00 per exam. (Students taking AP classes scheduled only for second semester will register and pay next semester.)

There are two important steps to complete in order to take the test:

  1. Register: Students must register for a test with their AP teacher. If they do not know if they are registered, they should ask their AP teacher to confirm.
  2. Payment: Here is a direct link to the new payment page: https://boulderhighschool.revtrak.net/-additional-boulder-high-opportunities/#/f/ap-exams. (Use this updated link to make any new payments; all previous AP test payments made under "Class Fees & Fines" will be applied, so do not pay twice.) Note: All unpaid AP test fees listed in Student Fees will be removed after September 27. 
Students must complete both these steps or they will not be registered for the exam. No tests will be ordered after September 27 for year-long and first-semester AP classes. If you have any questions, please contact Marianne Chavez at marianne.chavez@bvsd.org.

For students who have qualified for Free and Reduced Lunch, please see Theresa van Zante in the Counseling Office to receive a waiver form. Completed waiver forms are due no later than September 27.

Lastly, students do not need to bring their printed AP payment receipt to the Counseling Office, as they have done in years past. We will use the RevTrak report to mark tests as paid.
