The student's last name is used to determine which Counselor and Administrator are set to support them.

Sign Up Instructions • Written
Your student's teachers will email you a link for you to sign-up for a 5-minute time slot. Please use these instructions to open the link, sign-up, and verify a time. You will have until 5:00 pm October 8 to secure a conference time if needed. If you are satisfied with your students' progress in class, don't feel compelled to sign up for a conference.
Look at your email! Each of your student’s teachers will be sending you a link to sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences. Please see the written instructions below for how to sign up for a time and date.

Click on the link that your student’s teacher emailed you.

You will be taken to a website that looks like this:

Click on the link that says “Next available appointment slot on
{date will be here}” -
Select a date and time that works best for you.

Verify that your name is in the “what” section, and please write your student’s name in the description.

Click Save.

In your Google Calendar, you will have an event created on the date and time that you selected. If you click on that event, you will see the Google Meet link as well as a phone number you can use to call in. This is how you will enter your Parent Teacher Conference. When it is your time to meet, click on the "Join with Google Meet" button to begin the conference.
