Please read below for information on Check In for August 2025.

Check in

Check-In dates for Boulder High School are August 11 and 12. All students MUST attend this event. Parents/Guardians are not required to attend. Students will get their pictures taken and their IDs issued so they can enter the school. Please see below for the day and time assigned for your grade.

Monday, August 11, 2025: Grades 9 & 11

FRESHMEN: 8:00 am–12:00 pm (1:WEB Chromebook distribution for 9th Graders & new students)
JUNIORS: 1:00 pm–3:00 pm

Tuesday, August 12, 2025: Grades 10 & 12

SOPHOMORES: 8:30 am–12:00 pm
SENIORS: 12:30 pm–3:00 pm

Check In will take place in the cafeteria. The entrance is on the west side of the building by the soccer field; we will have direction signs for the students who are new to our school.

Lifetouch Picture Orders

The day after you get your picture taken, you can order your school year picture by going to mylifetouch.com; pictures will be shipped directly to the student's primary home address listed in IC, so be sure your address is correct in IC.

Senior Parking Permits

Welcome back Class of 2026!
The registration process for Senior Lot parking passes has changed. In the past Senior Lot parking passes were allotted on a first-come-first serve basis. To promote equity, parking pass recipients will be chosen by a random lottery. There are only 107 total parking spots available for seniors, so please make sure that you apply at senior check in on August 12th and make plans accordingly if your name is not selected. A senior must display a parking sticker in the correct location on their vehicle in order to park in the lot. Please refer to the email sent out for more information.

Athletics Passes

Free and Reduced Lunch

School Lunches are free to all students.

Although lunches are currently free for all students, families eligible for the Free and Reduced meal program must complete the F&R application to reduce or waive their school fees: https://food.bvsd.org/meals-nutrition/free-reduced-meals

Boulder HS RevTrak Webstore

All payments must be completed online as we will not be collecting money for school purchases at the Check In Event. Optional purchases include yearbooks, activity passes, parking permits, and custom lanyards.

There are NO required purchases or payments in order to attend the Check In Event. Purchases made will not be distributed at the Check In event but will instead be given to students once school has begun.

Boulder HS RevTrak Webstore Requires A New Account Setup:

Boulder HS uses the new centralized RevTrak Webstore, bvsd.revtrak.net, which is set up for each school in BVSD. All students who are new to Boulder HS will need to create a new account before making any purchases. To create a new account, please go to the RevTrak New Account Creation Website and complete the information requested, including an email and password.

How To Make An Online Purchase:

To make an online purchase on the Boulder HS RevTrak Webstore, go to https://bvsd.revtrak.net/high-schools/boh then select "Back to School Check-in and Donations." Items available for purchase will be listed in the left column. Be sure to print your receipt and bring it to the BHS Check-in event. Required class fees, if applicable, will not post until the first week of September and can be paid at that time.

Class Schedules

Class schedules will be available in Infinite Campus (IC) mid-August (a few days before school starts). Students who are new to the district will be able to access their IC account starting August 1 (Instructions). If you need assistance with your student IC account, contact the IT Help Desk (720-561-4357) on or after August 10. Parents can contact theresa.vanzante@bvsd.org for help with the IC parent portal.

Student Identification & Building Access

Student IDs & FOB

School photos taken at the Check-in event are used for the Boulder HS student ID. These photo IDs will be issued the same day and given to each student at the Check-in event. Each ID will have an internal electronic FOB which will be activated once school starts to allow entry into the school building during school hours.

Students unable to attend the Check-in event can get their photo taken on the make-up day or the retake picture day in October. A current photo is needed in order to create a student ID. Lost student IDs can be replaced for a fee. Visit the BHS Student IDs Website for more information.

Lockers

Lockers (OPTIONAL)

Boulder High School has decided to begin our locker program again. Students are not required to have a locker and can instead use a backpack to carry their books to classes throughout the school day.

Due to the limited number of lockers in the building, students MUST share a locker. Information on signing up for a locker will be shared prior to Check In.

Free and Reduced Price meal applications will be available online starting in August. Parents/Guardians can complete the application from your Infinite Campus Student/Parent Portal. Once you are logged into your portal account, select the "Applications/Forms" on the left side to begin the application process. After entering the required information, you may click "Submit" and your application will be submitted pending approval. BHS Band & Orchestra Parents & Students

Please take a minute to register with the Instrumental Music Parents Association (IMPA) so that we can keep you up to date regarding concerts; scholarship, volunteer, and fundraising opportunities; competitions; class trips and more. Go to www.bhs-impa.org to register. Funds raised by IMPA provide approximately 90 percent of the non-salary budget for instrumental music education at Boulder High School.

BHS PAC

The BHS Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a 501(c)3 parent organization and is the PTO/PTA of Boulder High School. Every BHS parent and guardian is automatically a member. Every student, classroom, teacher, and administrator is positively impacted by the contributions that PAC makes to the high school. From microscopes to chrome books, PAC grants provide financial support for faculty and staff, helping them meet needs that would otherwise be unmet with the current BVSD BHS budget. Funds go directly to teachers and staff for the benefit of our students! The recommended family donation is $185; but please give what you can. Every donation helps!
