Athletic Registration Instructions

  1. Go to the new Boulder HS Athletic Registration Website
    In the dropdown box at the upper right corner, a different language can be selected if you need it translated.
  2. Log into your athletic account (the username/password is different from Infinite Campus and RevTrak)

  1. Create a new account - This will take you to a forum where you can enter your information. The page will send you an email confirmation which you will need to click to return to the webpage to sign in. Be sure to write down or save your credentials for the future. You will need it for all future BHS athletic registrations. 
  2. Register for your sport by going to the search bar and typing in Boulder High School and selecting Colorado. Click on the 26-27 program link for Boulder High School.

  3. Click on the blue box that says register now.
  4. A drop down menu will appear that allows you to click on the sport you are interested in. 


​The Registration contains 6 steps. 

Steps 1 and 2 ask for information about the student being registered.

In "Step 3: Parent/Guardian Info", complete the contact information for the parent/guardian(s) of the student and click on the "Next Page>" to continue.

"Step 4: Physical Forms" section requires that you have a copy of your student's current sports physical as it will need to be uploaded to the account. If you don't have a this document, you can continue registering by clicking on the "Next Page>" button. This sports physical document can also be added at a later time (see upload instructions below).

"Step 5: Medical Information" asks for primary doctor, dentist, and preferred hospital information. It also asks for any medical conditions, allergies, and medications. Please complete the insurance waiver information and indicate at least one emergency contact in this section as well before finishing the forum.

"Step 6: Policies & Agreements" and "Step 7: Other" have several policies that need to be reviewed and approved by both the student and parent/guardian. Each policy will need to be clicked and reviewed before continuing.

Boulder HS Athletics - Important Dates

Athletic Registration OVERVIEW

  • Required: Annual Sports Physical signed by a physician - this must be valid for the entire sports season.
  • Registration: Register student-athlete online using the Boulder HS rST Athletic Registration system
    • Create a new account if new to Boulder HS or did not participate in a sport in Fall 2023.
    • Upload Sports Physical Form - Must Be Current. 
  • Online Payment: Pay $225 athletic participation fee online using the BHS RevTrack Website.
  • Practice: Contact head coach (view list of sports/coaches) for practice/tryout times and location information.
