Registration & Fees

Athletic Registration Instructions

1. Go to the new Boulder HS Athletic Registration Website: https://boulder-ar.rschooltoday.com/home.
   In the dropdown box at the upper right corner, a different language can be selected if you need it translated.
2. Click on the purple box that says "Boulder High School Activity & Athletic Registration". (see image below)

3. Log into your athletic account (the username/password is different from Infinite Campus and RevTrak) by clicking on the "Login to My Account" button in the right box titled "Returning Users" and input your username/password to sign into your account. (see image below) You will need to click on the Captcha box saying "I'm not a robot" before clicking on the "Sign In" button. 

4. For new users, a new account will need to be created for any family who has not yet participated in a sport at Boulder HS. This is done by clicking on the "Create New Account" button in the left box titled "New Users." (see image above) Fill out the requested information and be sure to remember your login credentials (username/password) as you will need it for all future BHS athletic registrations. 
5. Register for your sport by going to the "Registration History" tab and clicking on the word "Register" and selecting the student-athlete. If you do not see your student's name listed or they are new to Boulder HS athletics, you will need to select "Register New Student" (see image below) and manually add their student information to your account. In order to do this, you will need your student's 6-digit ID number. This can be found on the student ID fob and can also be found in Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

6. All students attending Boulder HS should select the "Boulder High School Registration Form" when asked which form to register for. This form should also be selected for any students at New Vista HS (or other BVSD high schools) that don't have the chosen sport. If the student is home schooled and/or is not a BVSD student, please select the "Boulder High School Registration Form (Non-District)" instead. (see image below)

7. Once all the student information is filled out in "Step 1", continue by clicking on the "Next Page>" button in the lower left corner of the form. In "Step 2: Select Activity", please mark the box to the left of the sport in which you are registering for. Then click on the "Next Page>" to continue.
8. In "Step 3: Parent/Guardian Info", complete the contact information for the parent/guardian(s) of the student and click on the "Next Page>" to continue.
9. "Step 4: Physical Forms" section requires that you have a copy of your student's current sports physical as it will need to be uploaded to the account. If you don't have a this document, you can continue registering by clicking on the "Next Page>" button. This sports physical document can also be added at a later time (see upload instructions below).
10. "Step 5: Medical Information" asks for primary doctor, dentist, and preferred hospital information. It also asks for any medical conditions, allergies, and medications. Please complete the insurance waiver information and indicate at least one emergency contact in this section as well before clicking on the "Next Page>" button.
11. "Step 6: Policies & Agreements" and "Step 7: Other" have several policies that need to be reviewed and approved by both the student and parent/guardian. Each policy will need to be clicked and reviewed before continuing.
