French Honor Society Mission
The mission of the French Honor Society is to promote the study of French culture and language and recognize the dedication of BHS students who have devoted their time and energy to studying these subjects.

To have another language is to possess a second soul.
What is FHS?
French honor society will be a meeting of students interested in furthering their knowledge of French culture and language who will devote their time to learning about French culture in France and Boulder. They will do this by investigating the various businesses and restaurants owned by French people and connecting with the French community of Boulder.
Criteria For Entry Into FHS

Be enrolled in at least their fifth semester of French (e.g., the first French III semester or higher).

Be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade (or a 9th grader who has met criteria one above in Jr High School or Middle School).

Have earned at least an A minus (or the equivalent) in French for the previous four semesters.

They have a grade of A minus (or the equivalent) in their current French course at the time of induction.
