ASCENT is a program that pays tuition for students to take a year of college courses at a community college after their senior year. If a student plans appropriately, they can complete that 5th year of High School with as much as two years of college paid for.
Throughout a student's high school experience, they can expect counselors to come into core classrooms to work on career and personality assessments. In addition, we will work on course selection and postsecondary planning. Guidance is given to each student to help them achieve to their fullest potential whether it be college, career, or trade school.
