The Boulder County Youth Summit: Mental Health Matters will bring youth together to connect around a variety of mental health topics. These topics will include: Replacing Stigma with Help and Hope, How to Turn Anxiety into your Superpower Tools for Self-Care & Resiliency, among others related to mental health in immigrant communities, racism and mental health, mental health of queer youth, and places of connection and reducing isolation. This summit will build awareness around improving youth mental health. Anyone 12-24 years old in Boulder County is encouraged to attend. Prizes, incentives, and lunch will be provided to participants. If there are transportation issues we can provide a bus pass (please let us know in this registration form). This free event will happen Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 9:30 A.M. - 3 P.M. at the UMC Ballroom at CU Boulder.
