Seniors! Early/priority deadlines are coming up. Make sure you correctly requested your transcripts!

November 1 and November 15 college application deadlines are coming up quickly, and we are seeing A LOT of schools listed for students in Naviance with no transcript request! Check Naviance to confirm that you’ve correctly requested your transcripts. Go to “Colleges I’m Applying To” and in the Transcripts column make sure it says “Requested.” Your counselor cannot send your transcript unless you change the status to “Requested.”

Please check your Naviance account now and email your counselor or visit the Counseling Office if you need help. Remember: In order for us to send your final transcript in June, every school you apply to must be added to Naviance for an initial transcript request. 

What Should I Do If My Transcript Status Says “No Request”?

If you see “No Request” under the Transcript column: 

  1. Click on the box to the left of the school. (Do this for all schools you see “No Request.”)

  2. Click on “+ Request Transcript,” which is located above your college list.

  3. This will take you back to the screen where you can check “Initial.”

  4. Click “Request and Finish.”

What If One of My Schools Isn’t Listed in “Colleges I’m Applying To”?

If you need to add a school and request a transcript:

  1. Go to “Colleges I Am Thinking About.” In the search box, type in the name of your school, then click on the heart next to the college to add it to your list. You can also add colleges by clicking on “+ Add Colleges to List.”

  2. Next, click on the box next to the college and select “Move to Application.”

  3. You will be asked to indicate your application deadline and how you are applying to the college (directly to the institution or via the Common Application). You need to let us know or the default will be sending it via the Common Application. The college will only receive your application if it aligns with the way the transcript is sent. 

  4. Click “Add and Request Transcripts.”

  5. Indicate “Initial” and “Request and Finish.”

How Do I Pay for My Transcript Requests?

A fee of $2 per transcript request must be paid by credit card online using RevTrak:

  1. Copy the following URL to go directly to transcript payments in RevTrak: https://bvsd.revtrak.net/high-schools/boh/boh-additional-boulder-high-opportunities/#/v/boh-transcripts

  2. Follow the online instructions to complete your transaction. Email Theresa van Zante at theresa.vanzante@bvsd.org if you have any questions. (You do not need to email your receipt.) Note: Transcript fees are waived for students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch. Contact theresa.vanzante@bvsd.org to request a waiver. Unpaid transcript fees will be added to your school fines.
